At Sports Core, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch services tailored to the needs of our clients. Due to the nature of our offerings, we do not accept returns. However, our refund policy varies based on the specific service provided. Please read the following terms carefully to understand our policy regarding refunds.

1. Live Streaming Services
Payment Structure: Payments are made in two phases: an advance payment to reserve the time slot and resources, followed by the remaining payment after the service is provided.
Refund Terms:
Same-Day Cancellation: If the booking is canceled on the same day, the full advance payment will be refunded.
Cancellation After One Working Day: If the cancellation occurs after one working day, 50% of the advance payment will be refunded.
Post-Service: Once the service is delivered, the full payment is non-refundable.
2. Tech Development
Payment Structure: Payments are made in two phases: an advance payment to cover certain upfront costs and a final payment after the service is completed.
Refund Terms:
Non-Refundable Purchases: The advance payment is primarily used for purchases such as domain names, server storage/hosting space, and other subscriptions. These are non-refundable as they are specific to the project.
Work in Progress: If the project is canceled after work has commenced, charges will be deducted for the work done (e.g., pages designed, coding completed), and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Post-Service: Once the website or tech solution is completed, the full payment becomes non-refundable.
3. Multi-Media Services
Payment Structure: Payments are made in two phases: an advance payment followed by the remaining balance.
Refund Terms:
Advance Payment: Once the client has given their consent and the project has commenced, the advance payment is non-refundable.
Project Kick-Off: After the project kick-off, regardless of any cancellations, the client is liable to pay the full amount.
4. Social & Digital Marketing
Payment Structure: Payment terms can vary depending on the project. Typically, payments are made post-service for retainers or in advance for specific campaigns.
Refund Terms:
Retainerships: Payments made after a 30-day cycle are non-refundable.
Advance Payments: If advance payment is made, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, considering only working days within the 30-day cycle. The cost for work completed will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Custom Agreements: Any refunds under custom agreements will be handled on a case-by-case basis, ensuring fair treatment for both parties.
5. Events Management
Payment Structure: Payments are made in two phases: an advance payment followed by the remaining balance.
Refund Terms:
Same-Day Cancellation: Full refund of the advance payment if canceled on the same day.
Cancellation After One Working Day: 50% of the advance payment will be refunded.
Post-Event: Once the event is executed, the full payment is non-refundable.
6. Sponsorship Services
Payment Structure: Payments for sponsorship services are typically non-refundable.
Refund Terms: Due to the investment in Sports Core’s resources and opportunity costs, all payments related to sponsorship services are non-refundable.
