Project Overview
Swan City FC, a semi-professional football club, approached Sports Core for a complete branding refresh and the development of an e-commerce platform to enhance their fan engagement, online merchandise sales, and offering parents an on-platform payment-gateway interface to make fee payments. They aimed to modernise their club image and capitalise on digital commerce to grow revenue streams.
Project Objective
Swan City FC needed a cohesive and modern brand identity that resonated with their local culture and community based growing fan base. Additionally, they required an e-commerce solution to sell merchandise and fee packages directly through their website, integrating a seamless and user-friendly shopping and personal dashboard experience that stores the rich log of all the transactions.
Our Approach
We began by redesigning Swan City FC’s visual identity, crafting a new logo that reflected the club’s heritage and vision for the future. Our branding team also developed a set of guidelines for consistent use across digital and print platforms.
For the e-commerce platform, we implemented a custom-built solution that included:
